Job summary

Dexcom, a leader in CGM technology, seeks an Associate Customer Insights Manager to advance the North America VoC program and scale CX listening across the customer journey, including the Stelo sensor. You will design surveys, build dashboards, and coordinate with IT and regional teams to ensure timely, decision-ready insights during launches and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in CX/VoC or market research.
• Experience with Qualtrics or Forsta.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills.
• Ability to partner across regions and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end NA CX and VoC programs, including surveys, dashboards, and reporting.
• Own day-to-day North America Stelo CX program operations.
• Design and customize surveys, workflows, reports, dashboards, and distributions.
• Collaborate across teams to translate insights into practical improvements.
