Job summary

CCC Intelligent Solutions is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to join the newly formed Customer Analytics team.

You will translate raw client data into insights that drive retention, growth, and operational improvement across CCC’s client base, combining technical rigor with business storytelling. You will build dashboards, perform advanced analytics, and partner with Client Success, Product, Sales, and Operations to translate findings into actionable recommendations that enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics, BI, or data analyst roles, preferably supporting Customer Success or customer-facing functions.
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency with BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
• Statistical analysis foundation (regression, ANOVA, cluster analysis, factor analysis).
• Python or R for data analysis and automation.
• Exceptional communication skills and a relevant Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop insights to improve customer performance and connect analytics to measurable outcomes.
• Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards and reports tracking customer health metrics and engagement.
• Own core dashboards and repeatable analytics and reporting deliverables.
• Contribute to reporting efficiency and adoption analytics.
• Collaborate with Client Success leadership, Product, Sales, and Operations.
• Perform advanced analytics: regression, clustering, predictive modeling.
