Job summary

CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to turn raw customer data into actionable insights for retention and growth within the Client Success organization.

You will build and own dashboards, drive adoption analytics, and collaborate across Product, Sales, and Operations to turn data into strategic guidance. The role requires 5+ years in analytics, advanced SQL, and proficiency with BI tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics or data roles (ideally supporting Customer Success or customer-facing functions).
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with BI tools.
• Statistical analysis foundation (regression, ANOVA, cluster analysis).
• Python or R for data analysis and automation.
• Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder translation.

Responsibilities

• Insight development to improve customer performance and connect analytics to outcomes (adoption, expansion, efficiency, satisfaction).
• Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards tracking health metrics, adoption, churn risk, and engagement.
• Own core dashboards and repeatable analytics deliverables.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success, Product, Sales, and Operations.
• Apply advanced analytics: predictive modeling for customer behavior forecasting.
