Job summary

Availity is seeking a Manager, Analytics to lead the analysis, design, and delivery of data products for internal and external clients. You will supervise staff, gather requirements, and coordinate with Platform teams to deliver high-quality data solutions while reducing technical debt.

The role emphasizes collaboration, project delivery within budget, and strong stakeholder relations as Availity reshapes healthcare data platforms in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Deep knowledge of data analytics and relational databases.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience leading technical teams and delivering IT projects on time and budget.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle and best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Owns support and requirements gathering for Availity data products.
• Leads a team and collaborates with Platform and Product Architecture to improve process and code quality.
• Eliminate duplicate design and reduce technical debt while delivering customer-focused solutions.
• Ensure development positively affects customer satisfaction and relationships.
• Anticipates technology trends and provides solutions to business issues.
