Auctane is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to design, build, and own analytics used by ShipStation Global’s business teams. You will work between the data platform and business units to define metrics, govern data, and deliver insights using BI tools.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, and Product to surface decision-relevant analytics, while maintaining a durable data model and production-grade analytics code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Turn ambiguous requests into defined analytics deliverables.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, and Product to uncover business problems.
• Design, build, and maintain analytics models with dbt on BigQuery and Databricks.
• Develop semantic layers and dashboards in Looker and Power BI.
• Document metric definitions and data lineage; enable self-service analytics.
• Perform root-cause analyses of sales, revenue, margin, and retention.
