Job summary

Uline seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst at Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI to own analytics that move shipments. You will apply advanced analytics and AI-driven insights to evaluate shipping performance and influence strategy across one of North America’s largest freight networks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data models, dashboards and visualizations, and to forecast impacts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years in Analytics, Business or Finance.
• Experience using data intelligence, predictive analytics or AI-enabled tools.
• SQL experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent communication and time management skills with great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and interpret logistics data to create executive summary memos, diagrams and presentations.
• Work with cross functional teams to provide informed, actionable insights supporting the improvement of Uline’s logistics operations, processes and procedures.
• Evaluate shipping rates, surcharges and service standards to optimize logistics strategies.
• Develop data models and visualizations to support business decisions and forecast impacts.
