Job summary

The DGS Office of External Affairs seeks a Data Analyst (Administrator III) to support Maryland's Family and Medical Leave Insurance program by collecting, validating, and analyzing data from multiple sources. You will create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that inform leadership and staff, using SQL, Excel, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Six years of administrative or professional work experience (or equivalent education substitutions).
• SQL proficiency including queries, joins, and data validation techniques.
• Advanced MS Excel/Google Sheets skills including pivot tables and nested formulas.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
