Job summary

Mobility Global is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to join the Data Operations team powering automotiveMastermind's data-driven products. You will become a subject matter expert in automotive retail data and dealership operations, driving predictive analytics and marketing solutions for dealer partners.

You will work with vendors, engineering, product, and customer success to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and business value across large datasets, SQL, Excel, and other analytics tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or related fields.
• Direct experience in automotive retail industry or automotive data environments.
• Working knowledge of dealership operations, vehicle sales, incentives, or ownership lifecycle.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP) and SQL proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted expert in automotive retail data and dealership operations.
• Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot data quality across ingestion pipelines.
• Investigate and resolve data issues with time-sensitive communication.
• Develop understanding of data extraction, ingestion, transformation, and quality control.
• Partner with vendors, product and engineering teams to drive long-term solutions.
• Lead data-related support requests and distinguish data quality issues from system issues.
• Query large datasets using SQL and Excel to validate data quality and insights.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of data quality and operational efficiency.
• Independently lead projects supporting company goals and dealer value.
