Job summary

Reserv is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the data team and shape our growth trajectory. You will build dashboards, develop robust Python- and SQL-based reports, and collaborate with engineering and operations to map data structures to a standardized model.

Your analyses will drive decisions and optimize performance across claims and processes. You will communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, influence data culture, and help define the team’s future direction.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as an individual contributor in data analytics, BI, or consulting
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with large structured datasets
• Experience building dashboards/reports in Looker or similar BI tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to distill data into insights
• Excellent communication skills to summarize findings for senior leaders
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards providing actionable insights for executives and leaders
• Develop Python- and SQL-based reports to understand the claim lifecycle and operations
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to map source systems to the data model
• Conduct analyses to identify performance issues, root causes, and recommendations
• Serve as technical liaison between data team and internal stakeholders
• Convey ideas and results through clear writing and presentations
• Contribute to shaping the culture and processes of a growing data team
• Think creatively and apply past analogies to new challenges
