Fi is searching for a Senior Data Analyst!

Fi is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to extract insights, build interactive dashboards, and collaborate with our Finance, Sales, & Marketing teams to solve complex business problems. This role is a unique opportunity to drive data-informed decision-making and optimize business processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:
  • Collaborate with finance, sales, & marketing teams to identify and define data requirements and objectives
  • Collaborate with data engineers while learning how to build and/or optimize data pipelines
  • Extract, clean, transform, and analyze large datasets from various sources to generate meaningful insights
  • Develop and implement predictive data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to solve/optimize business problems and build predictive forecasts
  • Conduct thorough exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies
  • Design and build interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present data findings to stakeholders
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to measure and track business performance
  • Proactively monitor data quality, identify data gaps or inconsistencies, and recommend solutions to improve data accuracy and integrityStay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in data analytics and apply them to enhance data analysis capabilities within the organization
What You’ll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, etc.)
  • 2+ years as a Data Analyst or similar role
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
  • Skilled in data visualization tools (Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
  • Experience in statistical analysis and data modeling
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for actionable insights
  • Proficient in Python, with an emphasis on developing models
  • Familiarity with data warehousing and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Familiarity with our tech stack: Databricks/Spark (ETL) and Sigma Computing (BI)
  • Preferred: familiarity with building and deploying machine learning models
  • Experience with big data
  • Excellent communication with the ability to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality, accurate results
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

$110,000 - $160,000 a year
The anticipated base salary for this position is $110,000 - $160,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held. This position may also be eligible for equity compensation.
