Qualifications You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Healthcare, or related field; Master's preferred
• 5+ years healthcare data analysis experience, focusing on quality analytics and operations
• Leadership experience in teams and operational workflows
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, R, Python
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Independent and team work capabilities, with good project management and attention to detail

Competitive salary range: $93,667 - $126,500, based on experience and location. MVP adheres to pay transparency and does not request current salary info.
