About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to bridge the gap between complex data and strategic decision-making. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—marketing, product, call centre operations, business development, and engineering—to uncover insights that drive business growth and operational excellence.

This isn’t just about generating reports; you’ll be deeply involved in crafting visualisations, developing data models, and providing key analytical support. Your insights will shape the trajectory of our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain impactful dashboards and reporting workflows, ensuring stakeholders have clear, actionable data insights.
• Analyse diverse data sets—customer behaviours, market trends, operational metrics—to inform strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to promote a data-driven culture and solve real-world business challenges.
• Present insights directly to external clients and internal teams, optimizing customer acquisition and operational performance.
• Support the development of data models, analytics goals, and explore new data opportunities to fuel growth.

Qualifications
