About the Role:

This position focuses on product reliability analytics within the Enterprise Product Analytics team, collaborating closely with embedded and backend engineering teams. Responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining reliability metrics and monitoring systems for early issue detection in the field.
• Conducting root cause analysis, creating scalable problem-solving resources, and supporting engineers with analytical tools. Monitoring RMAs and performing ongoing analysis.
• Establishing foundational documentation for product reliability analytics.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and innovate in product reliability analytics.
• Define and uphold key engineering metrics, contributing to new metric development and improving product instrumentation.
• Perform root cause analysis using data insights, balancing complexity and speed, utilizing various tools.
• Apply statistical reasoning to identify anomalies and inform decision-making.
• Present findings effectively to executive audiences.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Math, Economics, or Statistics.
• 10+ years of experience in data analysis or data science, with a focus on physical hardware product analytics.
• Expertise in SQL and Python.
• Strong skills in statistics, probability, and quantitative reasoning.
• Experience in hardware or software reliability analytics.

The salary range for this role in the United States is $116,000 – $177,000 USD, depending on location.
