Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst of Data and Analytics to develop and support enterprise BI solutions, translating stakeholders' needs into robust reporting and analytics.

The role emphasizes data modeling, SQL/PL-SQL, and ETL tool usage within a compliance-focused environment. The ideal candidate has a CS/IS background, 4+ years of development experience, and strong communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar field of study (education can be substituted with relevant experience)
• 4+ years of development experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong understanding of analytics and business intelligence trends
• Data modeling concepts including Star Schema and Data Vault
• Hands-on SQL and PL/SQL on major DB platforms
• Experience with at least one ETL tool (SSIS, Talend, Informatica, DBT)
• Experience with Cognos Analytics is a plus
• Azure cloud analytics applications experience is a plus
• Excellent communication, problem solving and data analysis skills
• Experience with Agile development is a plus
