Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Finance Analyst to assist in building budget, forecast, and long-term planning models. You will prepare executive summaries for Senior Management and the Board, and provide analysis to support strategic initiatives.

The role emphasizes Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, detailed financial analysis, KPI tracking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Occasional travel may be required; a 3–5 year FP&A background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3–5 years of relevant FP&A experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with budget, forecast, and long-term financial models.
• Analyze performance vs budget and monitor KPIs.
• Prepare executive summaries for management and board.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using BI tools.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly financial reports.

Purpose:This position will be responsible for assisting with the creation and completion of the budget, forecast and long-term strategic plan models. Creating executive summaries for Senior Management and the Board of Directors. Implementing and maintaining operating reports and providing analysis to support company strategic initiatives.
