Qualifications

• 10+ years in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management in BI/analytics/data products.
• Translate ambiguous problems into structured requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner across business and tech teams to influence design decisions and practical solutions.
• Design data products, semantic models, reporting frameworks with engineering teams.
• Knowledge of data modeling, lakehouse concepts, semantic layers, data quality and governance.
• Experience with Databricks, Power BI, and familiarity with Salesforce/CRM systems.
• Analytical mindset to validate data and ensure reporting accuracy and usability.
• Proficiency with AI concepts and implementing AI-powered solutions with responsible use.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology teams to design and deliver analytics, data products, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Elicit and prioritize reporting and data requirements with BI/FP&A and other stakeholders.
• Translate problems into user stories, data definitions, and acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate Databricks, reporting layers, and AI-enabled solutions with stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical teams; manage expectations and scope.
• Support data modeling aligned to business semantics including dimensions, measures, and lineage.
• Contribute to reporting design, mappings, semantic layer, and data consumption patterns.
• Lead or support end-to-end testing of reports and datasets; ensure data quality and governance.
