Job summary

AHEAD is seeking an experienced Senior Data & AI Engineer to lead client-facing project delivery. You will develop and deploy advanced ML models and AI solutions, lead scoping and estimation for pre-sales, and educate stakeholders on data science concepts.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and mentoring of juniors are key components of the role. You will work with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Jupyter environments, and engage with clients to translate business needs into

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.

Responsibilities

Assist our customers in identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing AI-ready use cases.
Design, develop, and implement complex machine learning, large language and agentic models and algorithms to solve real-world business problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data science solutions.
Lead client-facing project teams of AHEAD Data and AI experts.
Develop and train custom ML models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
Leverage Jupyter-based environments for exploration, development, and deployment.
Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and leadership.
Mentor junior AI Engineers.
Participate in pre-sales activities, including scoping, estimation, and solution design.
Educate clients on data science concepts and best practices.
Contribute to AHEAD's Data & AI service offerings and thought leadership.
