Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead the technical strategy for customers, owning architecture discussions, driving platform adoption, and serving as a trusted advisor to customer technical leads and architects.

You will develop a technical specialization within your team, design scalable, production-grade solutions across data engineering, ML/AI, and real-time analytics, and orchestrate cross-functional resources to deliver impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in solutions architecture or related senior technical roles.
• Strong Python and SQL coding skills with live coding and debugging.
• Deep expertise in distributed data systems and lakehouse patterns.
• Proficiency with the Databricks Platform and one technical specialization.
• Experience leading architecture discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Production deployments on public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP) with governance.
• Excellent communication translating architectures to business value.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical strategy for accounts from discovery to production.
• Lead complex architecture discussions across data engineering, ML/AI, and real-time analytics.
