Cencora is seeking a Senior Analyst, Technical Business Solutions to transform business needs into precise analytics specifications and delivery plans. You will collaborate with client services, product, engineering, architecture, and partners to align on requirements, data dependencies, and release timelines for analytical solutions.

In this role you will refine requirements, document decisions, and improve analysis practices that reduce rework and strengthen execution across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, CS, information systems, or equivalent.
• 4+ years in technical business analysis or data analytics.
• 3+ years SQL and Python.
• 2+ years DevOps experience.
• 2+ years GenAI/LLM applications.
• Experience with REST APIs such as FastAPI or Flask.
• Strong prompt engineering and RAG knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assess business needs to craft actionable specifications for AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align scope and dependencies.
• Evaluate options based on value, feasibility, risk, and standards.
• Document requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in backlog discussions translating requirements into inputs.
• Improve analysis methods to reduce rework and boost delivery reliability.
• Identify and resolve data/reporting issues through analysis.
• Work with teams to integrate API functionalities into systems.
