Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an experienced data architecture leader for the AgentExchange data platform.

You will own end-to-end data architecture, unify telemetry pipelines, and drive an ML-powered, agent-friendly data layer that delivers real-time insights to partners and Salesforce leadership. You will define contracts, ensure data governance, and mentor a team of data engineers while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to align standards and strategy for a scalable analytics

Qualifications

• 12+ years in software/data engineering with enterprise-scale platforms.
• Deep architecture experience across lakehouse/warehouse design, streaming + batch, dimensional and event modeling.
• Cloud-native data infrastructure: Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks on AWS.
• LLM systems experience in production: RAG, embeddings and vector stores, evaluation, cost and latency tuning.
• Working knowledge of MCP or equivalent tool/agent protocols and safe data exposure to agents.
• Track record influencing direction across teams in cross-org architecture forums.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data architecture for AgentExchange.
• Define contracts and consolidate telemetry pipelines and governance.
• Lead ML platform: feature store, training/serving, evaluation and monitoring.
• Architect LLM and agent-native data layer for safe data access.
• Ensure data security and governance across multi-tenant environments.
• Mentor data engineers and influence cross-org standards.
