Job summary

Sela is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Data and AI) to design, build, and ship agentic systems for our clients. This hands-on senior role includes setting technical direction, leading architecture, and coding across Python, TypeScript, and .NET.

You will own delivery end to end, mentor engineers, and communicate clearly with client stakeholders. We offer growth, education, and a strong engineering culture in a fully remote US role.

Qualifications

• Senior Software Engineer with 7+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or .NET; able to work across all three.
• Experience designing and shipping production-grade, reliable systems.
• Track record delivering LLM-powered applications to production.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading design reviews.
• Strong communication with client stakeholders and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship agentic systems for client engagements.
• Set technical direction and own delivery end-to-end.
• Lead architecture and design decisions while contributing substantial code.
• Mentor teammates and raise engineering standards across projects.
