Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a seasoned Engagement Consultant – Data & AI to lead complex AI and data engagements for clients. The role covers client leadership, delivery ownership, and commercial accountability, guiding teams that design, build, and operate AI-first systems in production environments.

You will shape how AI is applied to business problems, manage risk, and deliver measurable enterprise-scale outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 6–10 years of experience in consulting or equivalent delivery leadership roles.
• Proven ownership of complex data, analytics, or AI engagements.
• Strong understanding of modern AI and data systems, including cloud platforms, ML and analytics, LLM-based systems, and orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client leadership for complex AI and data engagements.
• Partner with client business, data, and technology leaders to frame problems and define success metrics.
• Translate business objectives into executable AI and data delivery plans and roadmaps.
• Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Lead teams across multiple workstreams with strong delivery discipline and governance.
• Oversee deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of AI systems in production.
