Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a Wayfinders Engagement Consultant – Data & AI to lead complex AI and data engagements across multi-disciplinary teams. You will own client leadership from framing to value realization, guiding teams that design, build, and operate AI-first systems in production environments.

You will shape how AI is applied to business problems, manage risk, and ensure measurable enterprise‑scale impact. This role blends client leadership, delivery ownership, and commercial accountability.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in consulting or equivalent industry delivery leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of modern AI and data systems, including data pipelines and ML/AI delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day client leadership for complex AI and data engagements.
• Frame problems with client business, data, and technology leaders; define success metrics.
• Translate objectives into executable AI/data delivery plans and roadmaps.
• Lead teams and manage scope, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
