Job summary

Fujitsu’s Wayfinders Engagement Consultant – Data & AI role leads complex AI and data engagements from framing to sustained value realization. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, serve as the primary client accountability, and ensure that AI initiatives translate into durable business outcomes.

This role combines client leadership, delivery ownership, and commercial accountability, while guiding teams that design, build, and operate AI-first systems in production environments.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of consulting or delivery leadership experience.
• Proven ownership of complex data, analytics, or AI engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client leadership for complex AI and data engagements.
• Frame problems with client business, data, and tech leaders and define success metrics.
• Translate objectives into executable AI/data plans and roadmaps.
• Oversee scope, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
