Fujitsu seeks a Senior AI & Automation Architect to lead adoption and practical AI/automation across AMS, ADS, Service Desk, and End-User Computing. The role blends strategic advisory work with hands-on delivery to transform IT operations into predictive, proactive, and self-healing services.

You will establish best practices, coach multiple technical teams, and help define roadmaps while ensuring secure, reliable, and measurable business value from AI initiatives across complex enterprise

Competenze

20+ years of IT experience in enterprise environments.
Hands-on implementing AI, automation, ML, or related tech.
Experience across multiple tech teams and complex environments.
Technical leadership, coaching, architecture guidance.

Mansioni

Develop and maintain an AI & Automation strategy for IT service delivery and app services.
Assess emerging tech: generative AI, ML, AI agents, AIOps, orchestration.
Provide hands-on support in applying AI and automation to operations and service management.
Coach teams and architects on AI capabilities and governance.
Design reference architectures and repeatable approaches across teams.
