Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in agriculture, economics, dairy science, business, or finance.
• 5+ years in dairy/agriculture with risk management and financial analysis experience.
• Proven consultative sales, business development, and relationship management experience.
• Strong understanding of dairy farm financial statements, cost of production, risk management, and market fundamentals.
• Ability to translate complex market and financial information into actionable business decisions.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including overnight trips.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted business consultant and risk management specialist for dairy member owners.
• Develop risk management strategies and recommend solutions including DRP, LRP, forward contracting.
• Lead implementation and adoption of new programs, tools, and member solutions across territories.
• Represent Land O'Lakes at industry meetings, conferences, and events.
• Collaborate with Purina, WinField United, and other units to strengthen member engagement.
• Provide guidance and facilitation of on-farm profit team meetings.
