Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant to lead post-go-live optimization and continuous improvement. You will partner with clients already live on D365 Finance, closing gaps between capability and actual delivery, driving adoption and measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of hands-on D365 Finance experience, including live production support.
• D365 Certifications in Finance or related modules; CPA, CMA, or CFA are a plus.
• Proven ability to identify gaps between designed capability and actual usage to improve adoption.

Responsibilities

• Assess live D365 Finance environments and build a prioritized roadmap.
• Advise leaders on value realization from the D365 investment.
• Lead enhancements, data integrity remediation, and UX improvements to drive ROI.
• Own the enhancement backlog and guide delivery teams through design and release.
