Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of core D365 SCM modules: Inventory, Procurement, Sales, Warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and implementation of D365 SCM modules (Inventory, Procurement, Sales, Product Information, Warehouse).
• Configure advanced SCM capabilities (Master Planning, Asset Management, Transportation, Quality).
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate into functional designs and configurations.
• Develop functional design docs for customizations, integrations, reports, and enhancements.
• Advise clients on supply chain improvements and process optimization.
• Lead testing activities including end-to-end testing and UAT.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams on integrations and data conversions.
• Lead client workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder discussions as a trusted advisor.
• Provide go-live and post-production support and promote user adoption.
• Mentor junior staff and share best practices in D365 SCM.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and drive practice growth.
