Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of supply chain processes (procurement, inventory, manufacturing, distribution, logistics).
• Experience leading client workshops and managing stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and implementation of D365 SCM modules (Inventory, Procurement, Sales, Warehouse Management).
• Develop functional design documentation for customizations, integrations, reports, and system enhancements.
• Provide go-live and post-production support, mentor junior team members, and drive user adoption.
