Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing enterprise applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience establishing and managing SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics.
• Strong vendor management and incident/problem management leadership.
• Excellent executive communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operational health, stability, and performance of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Lead incident and problem management, driving root cause analyses and preventive actions.
• Manage multiple vendors and service providers, ensuring contractual obligations and SLAs.
• Oversee release and change management processes to minimize operational risk and maximize deployment success.
• Communicate with stakeholders at all levels and drive accountability across teams.
• Leverage ServiceNow for ticketing, governance, and operational reporting.
