Heico Holding, Inc. is seeking an AMS Operations Manager to own the health, stability, and performance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related enterprise systems.

You will drive incident resolution, vendor accountability, and process optimization to ensure service excellence. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple vendors, and establish SLAs and KPIs while promoting continuous improvement across our enterprise applications, including Salesforce where applicable, in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; 7+ years of enterprise app experience.
• Hands-on with Dynamics 365, multiple vendors, and ServiceNow.
• Strong leadership and executive stakeholder management.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day health, stability, and performance of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and monitor trends.
• Lead incident/problem management with RCA and preventative measures.
• Oversee release and change governance across deployments.
• Provide cross-functional leadership and clear communication with executives.
• Leverage ServiceNow for ticket management and governance.
