Job summary

Centric Consulting seeks a Senior Consultant/Architect specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with a focus on supply chain management. This remote role leads client engagements, designs, and implements ERP workflows, and collaborates across teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

A strong D365 F&O foundation and Microsoft certifications are highly valued. The ideal candidate has deep industry insight, excels at stakeholder communication, and mentors junior staff

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with D365 F&O SCM.
• Proven track record in ERP implementations across manufacturing, distribution, retail, or life sciences.
• Strong understanding of ERP best practices, business process mapping, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Finance modules in D365 F&O (GL, AP/AR, budgeting).
• Microsoft certifications MB-330, MB-310, or PL-600.
• Familiarity with Power Platform, Electronic Reporting, or DMF.
• Change management, training, or user adoption experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end D365 F&O SCM implementations across modules.
• Assist in Managed Services engagements with clients.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs.
• Collaborate to integrate with finance, quality, and compliance.
• Configure workflows for procurement, inventory, pricing, and automation.
• Guide data migration, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Perform unit testing and document designs for developers.
• Develop use cases and training docs with other consultants.
• Stay current with product updates and recommend improvements.
• Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge.
• Provide guidance to clients to optimize Dynamics 365 use.
• Build relationships with clients and understand their goals.
