Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to lead complex ERP implementation and finance transformation engagements. This role combines deep functional expertise with strong project and client leadership.

You'll guide clients through the full lifecycle from design to go-live, delivering measurable business value and building trusted partnerships across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of ERP implementation, finance transformation, consulting, or related client-service environments.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations.
• Demonstrated expertise in D365 Finance functional processes and solution delivery.
• Experience leading implementation workstreams, project teams, or complex client engagements.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes and their translation into ERP functionality.
• Willingness to travel based on client and engagement needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, resources, and deliverable quality.
• Lead cross-functional teams that may include functional consultants, technical architects, developers, data migration specialists, integration leads, testers, and change management professionals.
• Establish governance routines, status reporting, issue escalation, decision management, and quality controls.
• Coach and develop consultants and contribute to consistent delivery practices across engagements.
• Support proposal development, estimates, statements of work, solution demonstrations, and client presentations.
• Serve as a senior client-facing advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops with finance executives, accounting SMEs, operational leaders, IT teams, and business process owners.
• Communicate complex functional, accounting, and technical concepts clearly to both executive and working-team audiences.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, solution optimization, and future-state capability development.
• Build trusted relationships that support successful delivery and long-term client partnerships.
• Oversee conference room pilots, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect management, and business readiness.
• Lead or support data validation, cutover planning, deployment readiness, and go-live execution.
• Coordinate training, documentation, change management, and knowledge transfer.
• Provide leadership during post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement efforts.
