Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to lead complex ERP implementation and finance transformation engagements.

This role pairs deep functional expertise with strong project and client leadership, guiding clients through the full lifecycle from assessment to go-live and optimization.

You will work with CFOs and IT stakeholders, own multiple workstreams, and help deliver measurable business value across finance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 7+ years ERP/finance transformation experience.
• 3+ years with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations.
• Strong project management and leadership experience.
• Ability to translate finance requirements into ERP functionality.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end D365 Finance & Operations implementations and transformation programs.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, resources, and deliverable quality.
• Lead cross-functional teams that may include functional consultants, technical architects, developers, data migration specialists, integration leads, testers, and change management professionals.
• Establish governance routines, status reporting, issue escalation, decision management, and quality controls.
• Coach and develop consultants and contribute to consistent delivery practices across engagements.
• Support proposal development, estimates, statements of work, solution demonstrations, and client presentations.
