Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to lead end-to-end implementations and transform finance processes for clients.

The role requires deep functional D365 expertise, strong project leadership, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through design, build, test, and go-live phases, delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business or a related field (required).
• 7+ years of ERP implementation, finance transformation, consulting, or related client-service experience.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations.
• Demonstrated expertise in D365 Finance functional processes and solution delivery.
• Experience leading implementation workstreams, project teams, or complex client engagements.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes and their translation into ERP functionality.
• Travel willingness based on client and engagement needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations and transformation programs.
• Oversee functional workstreams across requirements, process design, configuration, testing, data migration, integrations, deployment, and stabilization.
• Conduct business process assessments, fit-gap analyses, solution reviews, and design workshops.
• Translate business, finance, and accounting requirements into scalable D365 Finance & Operations solutions.
• Develop and review functional designs, solution blueprints, configuration documentation, test strategies, and training materials.
• Provide leadership during post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement efforts.
