Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to lead complex ERP implementation and finance transformation engagements. You will guide clients through the full lifecycle from assessment to post‑go‑live optimization.

The ideal candidate brings deep functional D365 Finance knowledge with project leadership experience, and a background in finance-related workstreams. Travel may be required; hybrid work model noted.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ERP implementation, finance transformation, consulting, or related client‑service environments.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes and their translation into ERP functionality.
• Experience leading implementation workstreams, project teams, or complex client engagements.
• Willingness to travel based on client and engagement needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations and transformation programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams that may include functional consultants, technical architects, developers, data migration specialists, integration leads, testers, and change management professionals.
• Establish governance routines, status reporting, issue escalation, decision management, and quality controls.
• Coach and develop consultants and contribute to consistent delivery practices across engagements.
• Support proposal development, estimates, statements of work, solution demonstrations, and client presentations.
