You will guide clients through full lifecycle—from requirements to go-live—while driving measurable value and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate brings deep D365 F&O expertise, project leadership, and experience managing multi-team engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IS, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of ERP implementation or finance transformation consulting.
• 3+ years hands-on with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations.
• Strong project management, communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations and transformation programs.
• Oversee functional workstreams across requirements, process design, configuration, testing, data migration, integrations, deployment, and stabilization.
• Conduct business process assessments, fit-gap analyses, solution reviews, and design workshops.
• Translate business, finance, and accounting requirements into scalable D365 Finance & Operations solutions.
• Develop and review functional designs, solution blueprints, configuration documentation, test strategies, and training materials.
• Lead cross-functional implementation teams and ensure client objectives are met.
