The role partners with CFOs and IT stakeholders to deliver measurable business value across engagements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IS, or Business.
• 7+ years in ERP implementation, finance transformation or consulting.
• 3+ years hands-on D365 Finance & Operations implementations.
• Strong understanding of finance/accounting processes in ERP.
• Experience leading workstreams, project teams or large client engagements.
• Ability to translate finance requirements into ERP solutions.
• Willingness to travel based on client needs.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end D365 F&O implementations and transformation programs.
• Oversee functional workstreams across requirements, design, configuration, data migration, testing, deployment.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses, solution reviews and design workshops.
• Translate business/finance requirements into scalable D365 solutions.
• Develop functional designs, blueprints, config docs, test strategies and training materials.
• Ensure solutions align with product capabilities, security, reporting and client objectives.
• Coach and develop consultants and contribute to delivery practices.
• Support proposal development, estimates, statements of work and client demos.
