Job summary

HSO Group B.V. is seeking a seasoned Lead Consultant/Project Manager to oversee complex D365 F&O programs in New York. You will drive strategic alignment with executives, manage multi-team delivery, and ensure projects meet time and budget targets.

You will mentor teams, shape architecture discussions, and optimize SDLC processes while maintaining strong client relationships and financial discipline. This on-site role offers a competitive package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years D365 ERP/AX implementation experience.
• 8+ years managing large ERP/CRM projects and teams.
• Lead Consultant or PM role for D365 implementations.
• Proven multi-million-dollar program delivery experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder influence.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies (agile and waterfall).
• Financial acumen and business process expertise.
• MS Project, LCS, and VSTS familiarity; Java/C# a plus.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of program delivery from scope to close.
• Engage with senior executives and strategic stakeholders.
• Lead steering committee meetings and cross-team communication.
• Supervise project managers, technical leads, and analysts.
• Direct D365 F&O programs ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with architects and technical teams on design.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and resource utilization.
• Develop risk mitigation plans and change management strategies.
• Identify opportunities for process and people improvements.
