Job summary

HSO is seeking a D365 Lead Supply Chain Consultant in New York to drive end-to-end D365 F&O supply chain implementations for client projects. You will lead design workshops, configure modules, and deliver comprehensive documentation while guiding testing and user training.

Willingness to travel to client sites as needed. You will partner with clients to define requirements, oversee prototype development, and ensure successful deployments across multiple D365 F&O modules, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a D365 F&O Supply Chain Consultant.
• Experience participating in multiple D365 F&O implementations.
• Implemented modules: Products & Inventory, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, Master Planning, Demand & Supply Forecasting, Intercompany Trade, Enterprise Asset Management.
• Expertise in functional specs, gap documents and training materials.
• Able to organize and manage resources during testing and triage bugs with MS resources.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discussions during project design meetings.
• Implement and configure D365 F&O supply chain modules.
• Prototype plans, document procedures and communicate with project team.
• Define functional requirements and design documents for developers.
• Perform advanced configuration and customization of the Dynamics 365 solution.
• Manage testing and QA phases and verify end-user acceptance.
• Coordinate communication between test teams and resources.
• Train power users and end users on the solution.
