Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of ERP experience with hands-on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong knowledge of at least one D365 F&O area (Finance or Supply Chain).
• Experience with requirements gathering, functionalAnalysis, configuration, testing, and production support.
• Experience leading D365 implementations, upgrades, or major enhancements.
• Ability to translate business processes into ERP solutions and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead D365 F&O functional ownership across Finance, Supply Chain, and IT.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using D365 capabilities.
• Configure and maintain D365 F&O functionality per requirements.
• Provide Level 2/3 functional support and troubleshoot ERP issues.
• Support data migration, integrations, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
• Lead SIT/UAT, develop test scripts, and manage acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with developers, partners, and vendors; train end users.
