Job summary

Gilder Search Group seeks a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant / Solution Architect in New York. You will lead implementation, configuration, and optimization of D365 F&O, including HR, overseeing ERP design, integrations, and go-live support.

The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on D365 F&O experience, strong business/technical acumen, and a track record of scalable ERP deployments in production environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O in production.
• Proven leadership of full-cycle D365 F&O implementations and go-live.
• Strong business and technical ERP understanding across Finance, HR, and Supply Chain.
• Active MB-310 and MB-220 certifications or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and architecture for D365 F&O and HR modules.
• Configure and optimize Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and HR workflows.
• Oversee integrations with Dataverse, Power Platform, and external ERP systems.
• Plan data migration, govern deployments, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Provide training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
