Job summary

HSO is seeking a highly experienced D365 F&O Functional Solution Architect in the United States. You will lead as Sr. FSA on enterprise-scale D365 F&O implementations, owning the functional architecture across modules and workstreams, while advising client executives on scalable, compliant solutions.

You will drive end-to-end design, governance, testing strategy, and knowledge transfer, mentoring junior staff, and partnering with cross-functional teams. Occasional travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• 8+ years delivering Microsoft D365 F&O/AX solutions at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional solution architecture across multiple modules and workstreams.
• Translate business strategy into scalable, compliant D365 F&O solutions for clients.
• Own end-to-end functional solution design across finance, operations, integrations, data, security, and reporting.
