Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Manager - D365 ERP Operations Implementation Architect to lead the architecture and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations solutions for clients in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment.

You will mentor teams, engage with senior stakeholders, and guide end-to-end ERP implementations spanning procurement, inventory, warehousing, and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification in ERP Operations or Supply Chain Management required; MBA/JD/PhD may substitute.
• 7+ years of D365 ERP Operations experience or equivalent ERP solutions.
• Experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations from design through deployment.
• Deep functional expertise across supply chain and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of D365 ERP Operations solutions.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
• Lead delivery through testing, QA, and validation activities.
• Mentor and develop consultants; stay current on Dynamics 365 ERP innovations.
• Drive business development and client engagement throughout projects.
