Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Manager - D365 ERP Operations Implementation Architect to lead design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations solutions for clients. In this client-facing role, you will combine functional and technical expertise to architect enterprise solutions and mentor consultants.

You will partner with stakeholders, run requirements workshops, oversee testing, documentation, and change management, and help modernize supply chain and manufacturing processes through ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification relevant to ERP Operations or SCM required; MBA/JD/PhD may substitute.
• 7+ years of ERP Dynamics 365 ERP Operations implementation experience.
• Experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations.
• Deep functional expertise across supply chain and operations.
• Experience designing ERP solution architecture including integrations, data management, and security.
• Strong client-facing consulting, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as client engagements require.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of D365 ERP Operations.
• Design solution architectures including integrations, data mgmt, and security.
• Configure D365 modules: Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse, Production, Planning, PIM, Asset Management.
• Develop functional designs for system enhancements across operations.
• Analyze and optimize business processes to maximize ERP capability.
• Lead client workshops, gather requirements, and create specifications.
• Mentor consultants and guide delivery teams.
• Drive user adoption and change management.
