Job summary

Heitman LLC in Chicago is seeking a Senior Business Analyst, Data & Technology to support the Corporate Finance application portfolio, collaborating with business users, technology team and vendors across the SDLC. You will develop detailed project plans, create BRDs and workflows, gather requirements, support testing, and help with data integration into Heitman\'s cloud-based data and BI platform.

The role requires 5+ years with D365, strong SQL and Power BI skills, and a hybrid in-office

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience collaborating with business users, vendors, and IT teams.
Hands-on SQL and Power BI experience (minimum 3 years).
Hybrid office presence in Chicago.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed project execution plans and monitor progress; prepare regular status reports.
Create business requirements documents, workflows and data diagrams for applications.
Lead requirements analysis sessions and change management with stakeholders.
Support testing, prioritize bugs, and coordinate testing with end users.
Manage vendor relationships and enhance existing application portfolio.
Participate as application specialist in data/BI initiative and upgrades.
