Job summary

Heitman in Chicago seeks a Senior Business Analyst to support the Corporate Finance application portfolio, collaborating with business users, technology teams, and vendors through the SDLC and into post-implementation support.

You will drive requirements, testing, data integration for BI, and ensure data quality while guiding upgrades. A strong D365, SQL and Power BI background is essential, as is a track record in hybrid office environments.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear communication.
• Ability to translate technical terms for both end users and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project execution plans and monitor progress with stakeholders.
• Create business requirements, process workflows and data diagrams for applications.
• Lead requirement analysis sessions and manage requirements changes.
• Support testing: write/execute test cases and coordinate bug resolutions.
• Clear roadblocks to ensure timely project implementation and post-implementation follow-up.
• Act as an application specialist on data/BI initiatives within Corporate Finance.
