Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is hiring a Solution Architect Lead for a DC Government client in Washington, DC. The role focuses on architectural authority for STAAND, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, with GCC and Azure integration, AI capabilities, and compliance requirements.

The candidate will own architecture, security design, AI engineering, and release cadence, working closely with executive leadership, the STAAND Product Team, OCTO, Microsoft, and federal partners.

Qualifications

• Senior, hands-on architect with deep D365/Power Platform/Azure expertise.
• Experience designing security architecture and cross-cloud integrations.
• Proven ability to lead architectural decisions for enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Own STAAND architecture, data models, Dataverse design, and integration topology.
• Define architecture standards and sign-off on significant changes.
• Lead AI engineering, CORA, and agentic development within Azure AI stack.
• Ensure security, privacy, and regulatory compliance across GCC/Commercial clouds.
