Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and delegate work assignments to project team members.
• Manage oversight and performance of project statuses, meetings, reporting, scope changes.
• Monitor project progress and performance.
• Serve as SME between client business team and company on deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and budgets.
• Identify and communicate expectations of scope to sponsors and stakeholders.
• Provide input into training and development plans for junior team members.
• Create and respond to complex RFPs for external technology services and estimates.
• Apply knowledge of standard principles to solve complex assignments.
• Coach others and share knowledge across the function.
• Lead by example and promote CBRE RISE values.
