Job summary

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, develop timelines, manage stakeholders, and report progress using Gantt charts while applying formal PM practices. This role requires 5–8 years of relevant experience and a strong background in office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP or CMM preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and numerical/analytic capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Create timelines, goals, and deliverables; develop recommendations and implement processes.
• Review requirements and dependencies to ensure consistency across initiatives.
• Guide small to medium cross-functional projects end-to-end using formal project management methods.
• Develop charters and integrated timelines; keep functions on schedule and escalate issues.
• Present status reports and updated Gantt charts to stakeholders.
